Refund & Replacement Policy
Lost or undelivered orders
If tracking confirms non-delivery 7+ business days after dispatch, we re-ship at no cost or refund in full.
Damaged or defective carts
Email a photo within 5 days of delivery. We replace defective Ace Ultra Premium disposables free of charge.
Wrong item received
We cover return shipping and dispatch the correct item same-day.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they enter the dispatch queue (typically < 2 hours). After dispatch we treat the request as a return.
Non-refundable
Used cartridges, buyer remorse on opened items, address errors after dispatch.
